Management Buy-In Drumarkon
Early July 2009 a management buy-in took place at Drumarkon International BV by Bert de Jonge. De Jonge has taken over part of Drumarkon – a leading supplier of ships interior components – from Jeroen Overing and Jan Albers, who will retain the remaining interest in the company. De Jonge has taken over the daily management of Drumarkon from the 7th of July. Jeroen Overing and Jan Albers will shift their focus towards (product) innovations and developments to further benefit the company. Bert de Jonge (48) has several decades experience on management and board level in internationally operating companies. Recently, De Jonge was Managing Director of a sales and production company in the tooling industry.
