Marine Desalination Forum

hannifin_yachtReverse osmosis (RO) technology is at the heart of all marine desalination, or watermaker, systems. The challenge for boat owners, operators and crews has always been to minimise maintenance and downtime, while maximising performance. On 16 November, at the METS 2011 exhibition, the Parker Racor division of Parker Hannifin will present the Desalination Forum – ‘RO technology: how to cut costs and boost performance’.

New control and filtration techniques now make it possible to reduce workload and cost, and to increase system efficiency, safety and reliability. The Desalination Forum will include presentations on new technology, efficient maintenance, and how to cut operating costs.
