New Hydraulics & Hose Solutions Joint Venture in Singapore
The Netherlands-based hydraulic component and high-pressure hose assembly suppliers MH Hydraulics B.V. and Hydroflex Hydraulics B.V. recently agreed to form a Singapore joint venture. The agreement will further strengthen the international position of the two companies while complying with the demand for stocking metric high-pressure hoses, fittings and components.
The directors of both companies signed the agreement to form MH-Hydroflex Singapore Pte Ltd. This company will be integrated within the existing Company of MH Hydraulics in Singapore. The newly formed company will provide a comprehensive programme with hydraulic components, fittings and high-pressure hose assemblies.
After extensive market research MH-Hydroflex realised that its customers are sourcing more and more specialty parts and components within the growing demand of the emerging markets in Southeast Asia. They will stock and assemble these specialised items now even closer to their customers.
The MH-Hydroflex Joint Venture will provide engineered high-pressure hose solutions, online stock availability of hydraulic high-pressure hoses and fittings. The range will consist of standard components but more important also includes hard-to-find metric and stainless steel components. The dedicated trained personnel can assemble complex hose assemblies, overhaul hydraulic pumps and motors and can do on-site trouble-shooting.
The team in Singapore consists of experienced engineers, who received a highly specialised training in the Netherlands to get state-of-the-art awareness about hose safety disciplines.
