FoundOcean & Delta SubSea ink deal in Trinidad, Tobago & Venezuela
On 24 April Delta SubSea and FoundOcean signed a strategic agreement to provide subsea grouting and scour remediation services in the waters of Trindad, Tobago and Venezuela.
The companies bring complementary services to the arrangement. Delta SubSea will have responsibility for logistical and vessel support, whilst FoundOcean brings 50 years of offshore inspection, repair and maintenance to the table. Delta SubSea is a leading integrated independent provider of ROV Services and Solutions. Delta SubSea’s ROV fleet is focused on solutions for customers in the inspection, repair and maintenance, construction, drilling and decommissioning market segments. In addition to ROV Services, Delta SubSea also provides Subsea Project Management, Subsea Project Support Services, Subject Matter Experts and Client Representation for Diving/ROV/Subsea Construction.
Meeting Clients’ Needs
Together with FoundOcean, Delta SubSea will offer the full range of subsea pipeline repair and rehabilitation techniques, including freespan correction, pipeline support and stabilisation and pipeline clamp operations.
