96e2f535-0fb9-47eb-be63-9123ed944bebThe first day of Cannes Collection opened with a hugely positive response from exhibitors and visitors alike yesterday, with glorious sunshine and typically warm weather offering an enticing day out to visitors on the Riviera.

Over 60 exhibitors are on display, and 43 yachts and superyachts have come to the Cannes Old Port for the show, both for sale and for charter. In total 1,100m of yachts and boats are on display at the show, the largest of which is 50m Amels-built M/Y Malibu, with Titan Yacht.

Cannes Collection has attracted an intriguing and eclectic mixture of exhibitors, from the mesmerising artworks by Hom N’Guyen on display with A2Z Gallery to the rare and customised prestige cars from Cannes Ferrari, Aston Martin and Lamborghini to the beautiful and modern outdoor furniture of Ethimo, which has a spectacular viewpoint from a special terrace at the end of the port wall.

A number of exhibitors are running special promotions at the event in celebration of the Cannes Collection, including Permare, which is displaying the 26.21m Amer Yachts M/Y Amer-ica at the show. The Italian company is offering a 10 karat diamond from DB Lux to the buyer of the yacht if they purchase at the show.
