Yellowstar Nominated for Deloitte Technology Fast 50

Nominee-Fast50-Deloitte-YellowstarYellowstar has been nominated for the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Award 2016. The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 is an annual election of the fifty fastest growing technology companies in the Netherlands. Thursday, October 13, the final ranking will be announced in Amsterdam.

Yellowstar was founded in 2009 with the goal of making logistical processes predictable, transparent and even beautiful. The company started with the idea that things can and must be done differently within logistics automation: no longer selling large packages with long implementation time, but apt solutions that are characterised by a high ROI and a short implementation time. Frank Erftemeijer, founder and CEO of Yellowstar: “We are proud to have been nominated for the Deloitte Technology Fast 50. This nomination shows recognition for our activities in recent years, that we are on the right path and continue to grow.”

Martin Wabeke, partner at Deloitte and Program Director of the Technology Fast 50: “In the list of nominees we see that the average turnover is higher than in previous years. At the same time, we see many companies that have previously ended in the top 50, this shows that they have managed to hold their rapid growth. The software companies are dominant in number this year. There is also a variety of propositions and earn models with an innovative character.”

The selection of the nominees is based on the percentage revenue growth over the past four years (2012-2015). Companies that exist shorter, can participate in the Rising Star category. They are evaluated for sales potential and scalability, rather than growth rates. Participants are drawn from the public and private sector and include all technology segments.
