Tube Seal Repairs

Over the past few months, UPE BV, together with worldwide partner companies, has successfully performed multiple stern tube seal repairs.

UPE provides a custom-made solution for shipowners, while exclusive partner AEGIR Marine BV delivers the spares and supervises the repairs on-site.

Recently, a 24h-notice solution was delivered in Panama below the water line, thanks to a unique and highly efficient technique: a lightweight fly-along Sealdock. Together with a South American service partners, the UPE team of  specialists managed to renew all the seals by bonding under water in less than 48 hours after arriving on-site!
