MMC Green Technology AS Wins Contracts for Compact MMC BWMS
The Norwegian ballast water treatment manufacturer MMC Green Technology AS has recently won several contracts for its compact MMC BWMS. The company has installed over 100 systems on board various types of ships worldwide. The company has added a few new compact models in their range of BWMS.
One of their last retrofit projects was delivered as a turnkey solution, a full package. Since there was no need for docking, the job was done while the ship was at the key side. The ship will soon be trading in US waters.
At the moment MMC is running test for USCG and revised IMO G8 type approval. The company is aiming to achieve these approvals within next year.
