PSA Audit Reports Online
From today, the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway (PSA) will publish its audit reports in their entirety online, in order to contribute to maintaining high HSE standards in the petroleum industry through transfer of experience and building knowledge. In English, only summaries are available online, the full reports are in Norwegian. The information is published on the PSA website when the company concerned has received the documents.
PSA’s experience and feedback received from the industry indicate that these articles are in high demand and constitute an important source of transferred experience and lessons learned. The PSA has also noted that an increasing number of stakeholders apply for access to the audit reports themselves. On this basis, they have decided to change their routines and publish all audit reports online in their entirety from today. At the same time, PSA is also changing its templates so that the overview of personnel interviewed in connection with the audit is stored as an appendix to the audit report. This appendix will not be published on the website.
