ABS Type Approval Høyer Marine Motors
Svend Høyer A/S has received the Design Assessment certificate for their Høyer marine motors from the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS). The certificate is valid for the whole range of Høyer motors and is also valid for use on board of LNG cargotankers. Besides the ABS certificate Høyer motors is also certified by Germanische Lloyd (GL). More certificates of other marine societies are expected.
Svend Høyer A/S holds a large stock (15,000 m2) of Høyer electric (marine) motors, gears reducers, roller chains, sprockets, conveyor chains, belts and drive pulleys. The electric motors are available from stock in EFF1, EFF2 as well as marine model execution.
