VSTEP Opens North American Office


vstep-web1Only months after opening its UK office, VSTEP has announced the opening of its first North American office in Deer park, New York. This new VSTEP office will facilitate support to VSTEP’s simulation and training clients based in North America and lead the business development effort in the region. VSTEP’s North American office will be headed by Capt Mark S. Woolley, US Navy (Ret), who served 30 years in the United States Navy.

Most recently, he was commanding officer of the largest Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) in San Diego. Here he was responsible for training future naval officers in navigation, operations, engineering, and leadership, making extensive use of simulation programs. NROTC San Diego was the first NROTC unit to incorporate VSTEP ship simulation products the curriculum.
