Felix Sabates, Chairman of International Yacht Collection (IYC), announces the appointment of Bob Saxon as IYC’s President, effective 1 January 2011. “Bob Saxon’s unrivaled reputation, his understanding of the totality of the modern yachting business and his ability to understand owners and their needs are critical to our global expansion.”
“IYC’s current active fleet of 150 yachts represents three-quarters of a billion dollars in Central Listings, new builds from Trinity Yachts, charter management, yacht charter vacations having incorporated The Sacks Group into our family, yacht brokerage and yacht management,” says Sabates.
IYC, including TSGYP (The Sacks Group Yachting Professionals), a division of Trinity Yachts, LLC, is a privately held corporation headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, America’s yachting capital. IYC also has offices in the major ports of call of Newport, R.I., Palm Beach, Monaco, Nassau/Bahamas, St. Maarten and Dubai, UAE. IYC has approximately three quarters of a billion dollars in Central Listings, and over 90 superyachts within their central charter fleet.
