Oilennium Has Launched Learning Management System

oilenniumOilennium Ltd, a provider of technical and Health and Safety training programmes to the international oil and gas industry, announced that it has dramatically expanded its range of Learning Management System (LMS) online training modules, and that for the first time they are available for individual purchase.  Previously, the LMS, which is an online user-friendly system that features interactive training tools to maximise retention, was only available to its corporate customers.

During the past six months, however, Oilennium’s team of instructional and creative designers has been working hard to expand the range of courses available to include a broad spectrum of modules categorised by the following three main classifications: Essential Knowledge, Health and Safety and Technical Courses.

Over the past three years Oilennium has been creating not only training modules, but a way of presenting a method of learning that really works. Highly interactive eLearning is crucial for today’s industry, to ensure user engagement and retention. “We have a 100% record of positive feedback. Older style CBTs can be boring to the user and are simply glorified presentations put on-line. Our eLearning modules are more akin to mini-documentaries”, said Kevin Keable, Founder and Managing Director of Oilennium Ltd.

Given the success experienced by the employees of Oilennium’s corporate customers as they progressed through the interactive online materials, the company decided it was time to offer access to its recently expanded catalogue of modules to the oil, gas and energy industry at large. “Any company can now provide training in new skills to long-term employees, and introduce new employees who are transferring from, for example, the military to the wind energy sector” , said Keable.
