Mangusta Listings
Denison Yacht Sales has two new listings, owned by the same client in La Spezia, Italy. Motoryacht Samoa Bay is a 2004 Mangusta 108 with only 650hrs use since completion. Priced at EUR 5.5 million, Samoa Bay just completed her winter maintenance keeping her in BV class until 2014. Secondly, motoryacht Mephisto is on offer at EUR 1.95 million. This 2003 Mangusta 80 can be delivered immediately.
Samoa Bay has a custom Dupont paint job that is under warranty until 2012. Also available with the purchase of the Mangusta 108 yacht is a 40 by 9 m berth, with a 60 year lease at EUR 2.2 million, in close proximity to the Overmarine facility. The slip is allowed to accommodate a yacht up to 44m and can also be purchased separately.
