World Premiers in Monaco
At next week’s Monaco Yacht Show superyacht builder Amels will present two Limited Editions yachts – the 54.3m Ariela and 65.5m Imagine. This is the first time these two yachts will be showcased. Ariela’s interior is designed by Laura Sessa and Imagine’s interior is by Andrew Winch Designs. Moored side by side (at berth T-02 and T-03), this offers a wonderful opportunity to compare the two Tim Heywood exterior designs.
The shipyard’s very successful Limited Editions range now comprises the Amels 180, 199, 212 and 242. All these models offer high levels of customisation possibilities and short delivery times.
Sea Axe
In addition, Amels will be based at their stand on T-Central where visitors are most welcome. During the show, Amels will also focus on the Sea Axe Fast Yacht Support vessels of 37, 50 and 67 m, all capable of speeds in excess of 25 knots.
Full Capacity
Amels is part of the Dutch family-owned Damen Shipyards group which has 34 shipyards worldwide, 6,000 employees with EUR 1.3 billion turnover. At the moment Amels is running at 100% capacity with eight projects under construction. At Damen Shipyards, a 67m version of the glamorous Sea Axe Fast Yacht support vessel is currently under construction.
