Equipment Orders via New TTT Web Shop
Marine, offshore and industrial equipment supplier Theunissen Technical Trading BV (TTT) recently launched a new webshop to supplement its traditional ordering system. As well as checking inventory values, online customers of the Netherlands-based company can order online and check their own order history.
When a web shop account is connected to an existing debtor in the administration system, customer specific arrangements are in force and the customer can see all previously placed orders.
TTT has chosen to publish a web shop to be more transparent and to present more information to the visitors. A customer can order more easily, thanks to the shown prices and stock numbers. Furthermore, the web shop eases international deliveries: online there are no problems concerning time difference and physical absence. Henk Volmerink, owner of TTT: “We like to exploit new technological possibilities, we want to stay fresh and relevant as a company. With the web shop, we can also let the visitors know more about our products.”
