Jack-Up Barge’s JB118 Exclusive
Offshore Industry’s/Yellow & Finch Publishers Ben Littler received an exclusive invitation recently to attend sea trials on board Jack-Up Barge’s JB118. The self-elevating platform had recently been outfitted with a new portable DP system from Veth Propulsion. The new system represents an evolutionary step in offshore platform-based installation techniques.
The sea trials, which took place in the Dutch North Sea, off the coast of Scheveningen, were a complete success.
