ELA Offshore Containers Showcasing New Drying Container
Germany-based ELA Container Offshore are showcasing their new ELA Drying Container, complete with a Pronomar drying system, at Offshore Energy in Amsterdam. Also on display will be the ELA Living Quarter and the ELA Offshore Gangway Container.
ELA Container Offshore is a part of the family owned company, ELA Container Group. This branch of the group was founded with the implicit goal of delivering products that meet the exacting standard of the offshore industry. The company produces a range of stand-alone containers for use on rigs, platforms and offshore vessels.
Made in Germany
The containers, which are made in Germany, are the standard 20ft ISO containers with CSC approval. They are certified DNV 2.7-1/EN 12079 by DNV GL. All ELA containers posses an A60 classification and are equipped with smoke detectors and HVAC for high safety standards compliance.
Customised Standardisation
The interiors of the standardised containers can be tailored for a diverse range of requirements. Applications the containers are commonly used for include living quarters, offices, mess rooms, galleys, laundries, recreation rooms, larder rooms and, now, drying.
Containers can easily be combined for the realisation of a number of room scenarios. They can, for example, be stacked up to four levels so as to form a full service accommodation facility. ELA stairway and gangway units can be easily and quickly integrated into the system.
Any Time, Any Place
Hans Gatzemeier, Managing Director of ELA Container Offshore, said, “Fully equipped, delivered and installed ELA containers are ready to operate at any time anywhere.”
