Reaching out to Georgia


Georgia 1Van der Vlist have recently completed the transport and shipment of a reach stacker and parts out to Georgia.

The 8 metre long, 4,2 metre wide and 3,8 metre high main machine was taken to a northern European port, where it was strapped to a flatrack for shipment out to the port in Georgia. The 32 tones machine was also accompanied by a 40ft high cube container, and 40 foot open top container, each containing parts for the reach stacker.

With customs arranged, the arrival was smooth as the machine and parts were received securely in the port for onward movement.
