574 Tonnes Steel Structure for Malta
Van der Vlist recently arranged the transportation of 574 tonnes steel structures from Belgium to Malta. Some urgent deliveries were transported by road while the majority was shipped to Malta. In Malta the cargo was directly loaded on trucks to reduce the risk of damage when transshipping. By offering this well planned, multimodal solution, the logistics cost were reduced significantly.
