New Owner Kenz Figee Group
The Kenz Figee Group has found her new owner by MeeMaken BV. MeeMaken BV is an active participation company with a large worldwide network and a strong portfolio comprising service companies to the offshore energy business.
As partners of MeeMaken BV, Roderik van Seumeren and Natasja Sesink will be the new owners of Kenz Figee. Kenz Figee stated that they are very happy with this takeover not only because of the long term vision of MeeMaken BV but also because they believe in the synergy with the other companies within the group. As Robert de Rijcke, Commercial Director of Kenz Figee Group states, “We believe that MeeMaken BV can lift us to the next professional level.”
The strengths and joint success of all companies (Selmers, Euro-Rigging, Alltec Lifting Systems, Be One Development and LiftWerx) will be combined so that a larger market can be served. The name Kenz Figee Group as well as the business activities of the two active business units (Kenz Cranes and Kenz Crane Services) will stay unchanged. Mr Van Seumeren and Ms Sesink will work on a daily business with the current management to increase the success of Kenz even more.
