Euro-Rigging Changes Name to Eager.one
Euro-Rigging, Engineers and Consultants has formally rebranded and has officially changed its name to Eager.one. The new name supports the company’s matured focus areas: Consultancy, Engineering and Design and Construction. In addition, Eager.Academy captures the company’s expert knowledge sharing activities, including exclusive masterclasses on heavy lifting and transport.
Eager.one is an independent engineering and consultancy company, active in the field of heavy mechanical engineering with specific know-how in systems for lifting, special access and transport. Eager.one provides consultancy, engineering and turnkey mission equipment services for manufacturers of (heavy) equipment, renewables industry, offshore and process industry, civil engineering, contractors and foundation companies.
Euro-Rigging was established in 1979 as an engineering and consultancy service provider, active in the upcoming petrochemical and process industry in the Netherlands. Throughout Europe, their consultants supported heavy lifting and transport projects. After nearly four decades, the company has worked on projects on every continent and their services have evolved beyond just rigging. In 2013 Euro-Rigging was acquired by MeeMaken BV., which was the starting point of the new Design and Construction division. This third division now manages projects from the engineering phase, up to supplying fabricated and tested equipment. These successes, the renewed focus, the expanding activities, the geographical expansion and the need for a strong brand that reflects the company’s core values, have all contributed to the choice of their new company name: Eager.one.
“This change of name fits us completely. As Eager.one, we have an opportunity to reveal who we really are. Our employees and our way of working have always been an eager one”, Robert Vaessen, Commercial Director, says contented. “I am proud of everyone at Eager.one for their commitment to being the eager experts our relations rely on”.
The name has changed, but the people and the company remain the same. They maintain their activities in engineering, consultancy work and building equipment, combining senior experience with progressive thinking.
