YACHTcam and YACHTbeam Products Now available in Europe
The YACHTcam and YACHTbeam products are now available in Europe via YACHTLITE/Stefan Wienecke, Hannover.
The YACHTcam product lines include camera systems of high-quality, marine compatible design, construction and durability. By combining thermal imaging cameras with searchlights, a high level of safety on board in low light navigation is guaranteed. The thermal imaging and optical camera achieves excellent visualisation of obstacles, persons or vessels by day and night. With the help of YACHTcam, objects can be comfortably sighted from the bridge up to more than 3,500m and detected in high resolution.
These cameras are essential for quickly locating people in water in case of emergency and rescuing them, avoiding collisions in low light situations, and aiding daylight navigation in general. YACHTcams are controlled via a user-friendly joystick, functions such as PTZ (Pan Tilt Zoom), digital stabilisation, radar tracking and selection of different color schemes for image display and intensity can be selected.
The YACHTbeam searchlights are supplied in robust, seawater-proof aluminum housings and provide an intensity of light up to 8,000,000cd+. They provide clear Hi intensity white light to illuminate objects optimally at large distances. The searchlights can be controlled either by a seawater-proof joystick or a small remote control, thereby providing an optimal solution for safe visual monitoring of ship movements at night.
