Green Blue Offshore Terminal to open their facility at Vlissingen

Green Blue Offshore TerminalGreen Blue Offshore Terminal an initiative of the Prior Group opens a new terminal in the port of Vlissingen (North Sea Port). The aim is to offer services to organisations active in the realisation of offshore windfarms and to assist in construction, modification, repair and maintenance activities.

Not only to act as a place for the storage of equipment, materials and offshore modules. To choose for the port of Vlissingen was not a strange choice as the Prior Group has a strong and long-term presence in the area. Due to an increase of activities in the group extra work space was found at the Estlandweg in Vlissingen-Oost. Also the increasing interest from national and international Marine & Offshore companies choosing for the Port of Vlissingen made it an important factor for Green Blue Offshore Terminal to establish the terminal in Vlissingen.

The Terminal offers 22,000m2 of workspace and a manufacturing hall of 125x35x15m. Within Green Blue Offshore Terminal several owned companies and partners of the Prior Group will be united to for fill the customer’s needs. Prior Group is an organisation with its core businesses in consultancy, human capital (with multiple agencies), technical solutions and with owned companies in electrical and mechanical engineering.

Bram van Stel of Prior Group says, “Initiatives often die in silence because of insufficient regional capacity in the form of temporary workers or workspace. This usually concerns: technical, co-supporting solutions related to technical demands. For this reason, a number of regionally operating companies are working together offering a solution as in a total package.”

Green Blue offshore Terminal is established close to the North Sea and easy accessible via inland waterways and roadways from and to Antwerp and Rotterdam what makes it able to reach the terminal via both vessel or truck.
