Prior Group and ALL NRG Join Forces

ALL NRGPrior Group and ALL NRG have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to cooperate in offshore wind projects together from March 2019. Prior Group with its core businesses in Consultancy, Technic and Human Capital will start collaborating with ALL NRG, a service provider with its core business in the offshore wind industry and supplier to Ørsted, Vattenfall, Siemens Gamesa and MHI Vestas.

The collaboration will strengthen the presence of ALL NRG in the port of Vlissingen, and other ports in the Netherlands and Belgium. ALL NRG will have the use of the facilities of Prior Group like offices, workshops, storage and services of the Prior Group at their disposal to extend their service portfolio and to offer their customers even more tailor-made solutions. This includes services from Prior’s in-house engineering, electrical company and yard in the port of Vlissingen.

Hans Schneider, Chief Executive Officer of ALL NRG, says, “To further expand our current business activities in the Benelux, teaming up with Prior Group is a strong benefit for ALL NRG. The joined competences of Prior Group and ALL NRG will be in high demand when the next major expansion of Dutch and Belgian offshore wind really starts to kick off. The well-established multidisciplinary organisation in Prior Group with a vast local network adds excellent value to our core business – provision of manning and project solutions. The cooperation between our companies will be a benefit to both existing and future customers in the region.”

In cooperating with ALL NRG, the Prior Group teams up with a valuable partner who has a proven track record in providing solutions to the most complex tasks and activities in the offshore wind industry for years. Mark de Koeijer, Sales/Account Manager Prior Group commends, “ALL NRG operates on a level far beyond its competitors and is a preferred supplier to key players in the offshore wind industry. In ALL NRG we found a trustworthy partner with both technical and operational experience who has been successful in executing multiple offshore wind projects.”

Both companies will join forces when it is beneficial to its customers and when it improves project results. Bram van Stel, Director at Prior Group, states, “During our conversations we found that our services are complimentary when we approach projects together. When joining on projects together we are able to provide solutions to our customers that we are not able to provide as separate organisations.”

Both companies are currently investigating opportunities that will take place in the Benelux area. This also includes project activities at the new Green Blue Offshore Terminal in the port of Vlissingen. Green Blue Offshore Terminal is an initiative of the Prior Group containing a 22,000m2 workspace area including covered workspace to use as a workshop. The terminal offers solutions for fabrication, construction, maintenance and repair activities to the offshore wind industry.
